Upon completing high school, he pursued his passion by attending the esteemed Eshob cooking school in Barcelona, where he also honed his skills at Coure, one of the city's top restaurants. With his culinary education under his belt, Marc embarked on a six-year journey in the yacht industry, gaining experience along the way.
During his off-season adventures, Marc spends a long time travelling, drawing inspiration for his own culinary creations from the gastronomy of the countries he visits. Beyond the kitchen, he finds joy in music, with a particular passion for collecting vinyl records. In fact, he has a career as a DJ, playing regularly at the best clubs and parties on the island.
