He began his professional journey in hospitality as a waiter in 2018, developing excellent customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail—skills that translate seamlessly to yachting.
Fluent in Greek and English, George communicates effortlessly with both guests and crew, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere on board. Eager to learn and adapt, he is ready to assist across both deck and interior duties, always with a positive attitude, professionalism, and a genuine desire to contribute to an exceptional guest experience.

With a strong background in luxury hospitality and hands-on maritime experience, she combines confidence at sea with a natural sense of care and attentiveness toward guests. Since 2022, she has gained practical yachting experience as a hostess and in supporting onboard operations, developing strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a solid understanding of smooth yacht service.Alongside her maritime experience, Rafailina has worked in team coordination and support roles, strengthening her communication skills and ability to remain calm, structured, and efficient in dynamic environments. Her experience coaching sailing at different levels further enhanced her patience, teamwork, and intuitive understanding of people’s needs.Known for her friendly personality, reliability, and calm presence, Rafailina creates a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for guests from the moment they step onboard. On Aloia 80, she is dedicated to delivering discreet, attentive, and seamless service, ensuring guests feel comfortable, well cared for, and at ease throughout their stay.
