Boris joined the yachting industry in 2011 and has since built an impressive career working on yachts ranging from 57m to 115m. With over a decade of experience, he brings a high level of professionalism and expertise to every aspect of his role. Skilled in navigation, vessel operations, and safety management, Boris also has a thorough understanding of international maritime
regulations. As First Officer, he is a key figure on board, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of safety and
efficiency.

Elijah is known for his great energy and consistently positive attitude. Reliable and hardworking, he brings a strong work ethic on deck while keeping morale high among the crew. His upbeat presence and can-do mindset make him a valuable part of the team, especially in fast-paced charter environments.

With an impressive career spanning Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury hotels, private residences, and over a decade in the superyacht industry, Chef Errol brings an exceptional level of expertise, creativity, and professionalism to every galley.
His diverse culinary repertoire includes Mediterranean, Modern European, Classic French and British cuisine, Italian, Caribbean, Asian, and sushi, while his strong pastry and butchery skills allow him to produce refined, well-rounded menus tailored to every occasion.
Passionate about nutrition and dietary requirements, Errol is equally comfortable creating exceptional vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, and kosher

Liberty is an energetic and adaptable stewardess with a strong background in hospitality, marine operations, and guest service. Experienced in both interior and deck support, she thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in delivering attentive, high-quality service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. Passionate about yachting and teamwork, she is eager to continue growing within the industry with the long-term goal of progressing into a Chief Stewardess or Stew/Deck role.

With 7 years of experience in the yachting industry, Michelle has successfully completed seasons on two different yachts before joining HATT MILL. She brings a wealth of expertise in managing itineraries, coordinating activities, arranging restaurant bookings, and organizing unforgettable special occasions on board.
