As Culinary Director, he has led dynamic kitchen brigades, developed seasonal and bespoke menus, and overseen full F&B operations with a balance of precision, creativity and strategic thinking. His consulting work with restaurants, hotels and food brands has sharpened an instinct for crafting distinctive, memorable dining identities.
