Yuna’s passion for cooking was instilled in her at a very young age.
Initially trained in French pastry, she began her career in the world of desserts before broadening her culinary horizons through her travels, her curiosity, and more than ten years of experience in professional kitchens, hospitality, and high-end service.
For the past 4 years, she has worked as a private chef and in the yachting industry, where she has developed an intuitive approach deeply focused on the onboard experience.
Her cuisine blends French technique, Mediterranean flavors, Asian fusion, training in traditional Italian cuisine, and a wellness-focused approach without ever compromising on indulgence.
Passionate about authentic, entirely homemade cuisine, she pays special attention to seasonal produce, high-quality ingredients, and dishes that are as minimally processed as possible.
