Danijel is a highly accomplished Chief Engineer with more than fifteen years of experience spanning both the commercial shipping and superyacht sectors. His career has included senior engineering positions aboard some of the industry’s most respected vessels, including M/Y Addiction (55m Amels), M/Y Asani (50m Benetti), and M/Y Isabel Princess (64m Codecasa).
Experienced in new-build projects, major refits, surveys, and complex maintenance programmes, Danijel combines exceptional technical knowledge with strong leadership and problem-solving capabilities. Holding a Chief Engineer Unlimited Licence and a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering Technology, he consistently delivers the highest standards of operational excellence.
His proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement ensure the yacht’s engineering systems perform to the highest level at all times.

Andrew’s maritime background began early through his family’s involvement in the boating industry. During his youth, his family owned and operated a diving school in Cairns, Australia, where he qualified as a Divemaster and Instructor and developed a strong appreciation for life on the water.
Since entering the superyacht industry in 2005, Andrew has accumulated extensive experience aboard yachts ranging from 37 to 50 metres, cruising throughout the Mediterranean’s most prestigious destinations. Now based in the South of France, he combines strong seamanship with a genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
An avid traveller and outdoor enthusiast, Andrew enjoys designing bespoke excursions and introducing guests to unique locations that showcase the very best of each cruising area.

With more than twenty years of experience in the maritime sector, including seventeen years within the luxury yachting industry, Tonci provides a wealth of technical expertise and operational knowledge to M/Y Friendship.
Throughout his career, he has worked aboard a diverse range of vessels, overseeing complex engineering systems while supporting the exceptional standards expected on board world-class charter yachts. His practical approach, attention to detail, and commitment to reliability ensure that all technical operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Respected for his calm demeanour and strong work ethic, Tonci plays a key role in maintaining the comfort, safety, and seamless operation of the yacht for both guests and crew.

Born in Italy’s Marche region, Massimiliano’s passion for hospitality and gastronomy was shaped through early exposure to his family’s hotel business. Inspired by the traditions of Italian cuisine and a commitment to exceptional service, he embarked on an international culinary career that has taken him across Europe, Australia, and the Mediterranean.
His professional experience includes prestigious establishments such as Harrods in London and the Michelin-starred Zafferano Restaurant, where he refined his culinary techniques and developed a deep appreciation for quality ingredients and elegant presentation.
Having worked aboard both cruise ships and private yachts, including as a private chef for a prominent Middle Eastern family, Massimiliano creates menus that combine authenticity, creativity, and refinement. His cuisine is designed to delight guests while delivering a memorable dining experience throughout every charter.

With more than two decades of charter experience, Valentina is an accomplished Chief Stewardess recognised for her exceptional organisational abilities, leadership skills, and warm personality.
Since joining the yachting industry in 2001, she has successfully managed interior teams aboard numerous charter yachts, consistently delivering service of the highest standard. Her attention to detail, adaptability, and commitment to guest satisfaction ensure that every aspect of the onboard experience is carefully considered and flawlessly executed.

Born in Milan and raised in Sardinia, Jacopo developed a strong connection to the maritime world through both his education and professional experience. Following his studies at Maritime High School, he began his career as a tender driver within the protected marine area of Tavolara before progressing to sailing yachts operating throughout Sardinia.
His background combines practical seamanship with valuable hospitality experience gained while working in Oxford, England. This unique combination allows him to deliver both operational excellence and attentive guest service.
Passionate about watersports, sailing, and travel, Jacopo brings enthusiasm, professionalism, and strong leadership to the deck team while continuing to work towards his long-term ambition of becoming a yacht captain.

Originally from Istanbul, Bogac’s introduction to sailing began at the age of six, leading to years of competitive racing across a variety of sailing classes. This experience instilled strong discipline, teamwork, and adaptability—qualities that continue to support his success within the yachting industry.
Since 2019, he has worked aboard both motor and sailing yachts, gaining valuable operational experience and developing extensive knowledge of watersports activities. His energetic approach, attention to detail, and strong work ethic make him a valued member of the deck department.
Away from the yacht, Bogac enjoys motorcycle touring and discovering new destinations.

Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Mayara combines a strong hospitality background with an energetic and guest-focused approach. Holding a degree in Physical Education, she developed valuable skills in communication, teamwork, adaptability, and discipline.
Prior to joining the yachting industry, she worked in luxury resorts and an exclusive country club in the United States, where she gained extensive experience in guest relations and high-end service standards. Motivated by a desire to combine her hospitality expertise with an international career, she successfully transitioned into yachting.
