Her energetic personality, adaptability, and passion for travel, sailing, and watersports make her a valuable asset in creating a welcoming and enjoyable onboard atmosphere for both owners and charter guests. She holds STCW certification, RYA Powerboat Level 2, Food & Hygiene Level 2, Advanced First Aid & CPR training, and an ENG1 medical certificate.

Igor Morello is a dynamic and service-oriented Captain of Silver Breeze, bringing over a decade of yachting experience complemented by a strong hospitality background. Known for his hands-on leadership, discretion, and guest-focused approach, he excels in delivering seamless charter experiences while managing all aspects of navigation, engineering oversight, and crew coordination. His career progression across both private and charter yachts has equipped him with exceptional versatility, from bridge operations to water sports instruction and high-level guest service. He holds a Yachtmaster Offshore 200GT (Commercial Endorsement), along with STCW, ENG1, and additional certifications in security awareness and powerboat operations.

Ruby Rayner is an enthusiastic and adaptable Stewardess/Deckhand aboard Silver Breeze, bringing a strong blend of hospitality, safety, and hands-on yachting experience. With a season on a busy charter yacht, she is confident across both interior and exterior roles, from guest service and housekeeping to tender support and water toy operations, always maintaining a positive and energetic presence on board. Her background in tourism and safety roles, including work as a tour guide and lifeguard, enhances her ability to engage guests while ensuring a safe and enjoyable onboard environment. She holds key certifications including STCW, ENG1, RYA Powerboat Level II, PWC licence, Advanced PADI, and Food Hygiene Level 2.
