Stefanos grew up in the Southwest of Greece, near the cities of Karditsa and Trikala. He graduated from the Greek Merchant Marine Academy of Preveza and B’ holds a Captain Class Diploma from the Ministry of Mercantile Marine. He began his career as a Cadet in 2015 on commercial tanker vessels, where he gained extensive sea experience. Afier leaving the tanker ships in 2019 as Officer, Stefanos decided to pursue his longheld dream of working in the yachting industry.
Now in his sixth year at the yachting , he is dedicated to ensuring an enjoyable and friendly experience aboard M/Y BOJI.

Cpt Petros was born and raised on the beautiful island of Thimaina, next to Ikaria, renowned for its friendly people and seamen.Therefore, his love for the sea came naturally and at the age of sixteen he moved to Piraeus, where he attended the Nautical Secondary School and in summers worked as a deckhand on yachts.He then graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and now holds a Class A diploma.He has been in the yachting industry for twenty years and has governed up to 60m yachts.He is a certified ISM & ISPS Code Auditor registered from Lloyd's. Moreover he was the surveyor officer of Boji during its construction and remains there until today.
Petros is diligent, efficient and has a positive attitude. He is a firm advocate of collaboration and cooperation among his crew since he makes it his sole priority to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht, which in turn reflects on and guarantees the utmost satisfaction of the guests.
Even in his free time he engages in sea related activities such as speed boating and spear fishing.

Giannis is an Ionian Islander who grew up on the island of Corfu. He brings with him the distinct cuisine of the Ionian Islands, particularly Corfu, which is influenced by Italian cuisine as well as culinary traditions from across the Mediterranean basin.
He was only seven years old when he cooked for the first time and presented his recipe at school, encouraged by his teacher. From that moment, he knew that gastronomy was a casserole full of magic.
After attending culinary school at the Organization of Tourism Education and Training in Corfu, he spent eight years in the restaurant business, working alongside award-winning chefs who became his mentors. Following this period, he chose to move into private chef services. This has allowed him to continue developing as a chef while taking care of guests in a fully personalised way.
Giannis has worked at numerous events, parties, weddings, and VIP dinners.
