Katerina is an experienced Greek Stewardess and a fluent native Russian speaker — a rare and valuable combination for charters serving international clientele in the Mediterranean. Educated at the Pedagogical University of Moscow and trained at the Public Athens School of Merchant Navy’s program for Chief Stewards, she brings together cultural fluency, formal hospitality credentials, and a comprehensive suite of STCW maritime certifications including Advanced Rescue, Security A, and Red Cross First Aid.
Her yachting career began aboard the 67m M/Y Astarte (Embirikou), where she served two summer seasons taking responsibility for the master cabin, room service, laundry, and interior service. She continued aboard the 56m M/Y Panorama with Variety Cruises before stepping into the Chief Stewardess role on the 29m M/Y Andilis (Theocharakis) for two consecutive seasons of private and charter operations — building a refined, client-attuned approach across yachts of every size.
Onboard M/Y Condor A, Katerina leads the interior team with warmth, precision, and an instinct for anticipating guest needs before they arise. Her bilingual Russian and Greek fluency makes her particularly well-suited to charters with Russian-speaking guests, where she offers the kind of effortless, culturally attuned service that transforms a charter from excellent into truly personal.

Captain Theodoros was born in Corfu and he graduated from the Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos, while he holds a Master B’ Class diploma from the Merchant Marine Training Center as well as all certifications and licenses. His wide experience dates back in 2004, when he joined the yachting industry as Chief Officer and Captain on charter and private yachts. He has worked as Captain on board M/Y RENA N, M/Y SAHARA, M/Y MONTE CARLO, M/Y AMPHITRITE, M/Y SMILE, M/Y RENA, M/Y TIPEIYAS, and M/Y GUAPA and on board M/Y SMILE M/Y LA VIE as Chief Officer. Prior to working on yachts, Captain Theodoros had been travelling on board tankers for 10 years as 2nd and Apprentice Officer. With a strong work ethic and professionalism, Captain Theodoros ensures that the Guests will have the greatest satisfaction on board the Yacht. He speaks English and Greek.

Nikolaos was born in Sydney, Australia and has extensive experience in the yachting industry as he has worked on board yachts like S/Y TAMARITA, M/Y TURAMA, AL SALAMAH, M/Y TUEQ M/Y JESTER, M/Y LADY SARYA, M/Y ALEXANDRA and M/Y POSITRON. Nikolaos has also worked as Butler for VIP Guests in 5* Hotel in Rodos island and in luxury hotels and restaurants in Greece. He is pleasant and hardworking with great communication skills. He holds all the necessary professional qualifications as well as a Steward Class A certificate. With his experience, hard work and great communication skills, Nikolas offers top-notch service onboard. He speaks English, Greek and Dutch.
