He has developed strong seamanship skills through multiple embarkations with major maritime companies, where he was involved in deck operations, safety procedures, watchkeeping support and daily onboard duties.
With a background from a nautical institute and ongoing professional training, Alessandro brings a disciplined, reliable and safety-oriented approach to his work. He is comfortable working in team environments, adapts well to life at sea and contributes positively to onboard organization and operations.
