Rodeniel “Niel” Montierro is an accomplished yacht captain with 26 years in the maritime industry, including 17 years as a Captain, bringing extensive experience across private, charter, and delivery operations worldwide. He holds a Master 500GT CoC (MCA), OOW 3000GT CoC, YMO 200T (MCA), GMDSS GOC, ECDIS, Advanced Firefighting, Medical Care, Proficiency in Survival Craft, and ENG1, among other advanced maritime safety and operational certifications. Skilled in safe navigation, budget and crew management, refit supervision, and guest relations, he combines strong leadership with technical expertise to ensure smooth, secure, and high-standard yacht operations.
