With an impressive record of 12 Atlantic crossings, 4 Pacific crossings, and numerous cruises in the North Sea, Norway, and the Mediterranean, Lucifero is a seasoned veteran of ocean sailing. His passion for exploration led him to spend three years in French Polynesia, where he further enhanced his skills by becoming a certified underwater guide, adding depth to his already impressive repertoire. Lucifero has cultivated a deep interest in astronomical navigation and meteorology, skills he leverages to expertly plan and execute long voyages. In his leisure time, he enjoys deep-sea fishing, mountain hiking, skiing, various water sports, and SCUBA diving. A strong swimmer and an avid enthusiast of every water sport, particularly SCUBA and freediving, he found that the ocean was both his playground and his calling. Six years ago, Paolo entered the luxury yachting industry as an engineer, purchasing his first sailboat—a beloved Beneteau Idyll from 1987—that has since become his floating home. Sailing across the beautiful Mediterranean, he honed his skills and deepened his connection with the sea. Four years ago, Paolo began working aboard the prestigious Swan 86, an experience that solidified his commitment to the maritime world. From that moment on, there was no turning back. Today, he proudly serves as the engineer of the magnificent Imagine B, blending technical expertise with a profound love for the sea.
