Emma started on board Le Reve as the sole stewardess and is now the Chef/Stewardess. For her, the ocean isn’t just a place—it’s a way of life. It teaches patience, sharpens instinct, and offers a kind of clarity that’s hard to find elsewhere. With a background in hospitality and a passion for detail, she will make it her mission to create elegant, welcoming spaces at sea. From table settings to guest service and her amazing culinary creations, she loves those personal touches that turn a charter into something unforgettable. She thrives on ensuring every guest feels relaxed, pampered, and completely at home.

Our Captain, James was born and raised in Cheshire England. After high school he joined the Royal Marines Commandos. After completing Eight and a half months of intense military training James later specialised as a landing craft coxswain. After 6 years of service in remote destinations around the world he decided to transfer his skillset into the yachting industry this being his 9th year. James has had command of vessels ranging from 110'-160', operating in the mediterranean, Bahamas and East Coast of the USA. His military experience has given him a unique insight and ability to ensure the safety of the guests, whilst still striving for the highest standards to create the best possible bespoke charter experiences on board, constantly surpassing the expectations of guests.
