His engineering experience spans MAN M200 engines, Kohler generators, Mercury Verado outboards, HVAC components, watermakers, and critical onboard systems, and he is fully certified with AEC 1 & 2, STCW 2010, ENG1, PADI Advanced Diver, and multiple RYA licenses.
What sets Michael apart, however, is the hospitality expertise he brings from his formal culinary and hotel-management education—highlighted by diplomas from The Private Hotel School (page 1, Education section)—combined with professional bartender and barista training. This unique background enables him to support guest service with ease while maintaining the yacht to the highest technical standard. Adaptable, personable, and highly motivated, Michael enhances every charter aboard Pier Pressure by ensuring guests enjoy uninterrupted comfort, reliable vessel performance, and a warm, professional onboard presence that elevates the entire luxury yachting experience
