Alain Olivera is a highly experienced Captain and Engineer with more than 15 years of international yachting experience, having commanded both private and charter motor yachts throughout the Mediterranean, Caribbean, Bahamas, and Atlantic. Combining exceptional seamanship with a strong engineering background, he is recognised for his safety-first leadership, meticulous operational management, successful refit coordination, and commitment to delivering seamless, high-end experiences for owners and charter guests. With over 50,000 nautical miles logged, Alain brings extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cruising grounds, outstanding crew leadership, and a calm, professional approach that inspires confidence on every voyage. He holds a Master 500 GT licence, MCA/RYA Master Offshore 200 GT Commercial Endorsement, GMDSS GOC, STCW, ENG1, Radar/ARPA certification, HELM, and numerous advanced safety and engineering qualifications.

Giuseppe is an enthusiastic and dedicated deckhand with a genuine passion for the ocean, watersports, and creating exceptional guest experiences onboard. With experience as sole deckhand aboard the 80ft M/Y Stealth One, he has supported multiple charters, managing tender operations, anchoring, docking, guest service, yacht maintenance, and detailed exterior care. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Giuseppe brings a diverse skill set including scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, drone photography, and watersports, complemented by strong personal qualities developed through years of martial arts training, including discipline, teamwork, and commitment. He holds STCW, MCA Yacht Rating, RYA Powerboat Level 2, RYA PWC, ENG1 equivalent medical, PADI Open Water, and First Aid certifications.
